The University of Florida Citrus Research and Education Center provides some the world's most effective technology and research to help solve problems in the citrus world.
Transformation Lab
The Transformation Lab is maintained by Dr. Vladimir Orbovic and has access to an incubator, sterilizing furnace, autoclave, laminar flow hoods, Zeiss microscopes and a thermo-controlled shaker.
Electron Microscope Lab

Pilot Plant
The Pilot Plant is a scaled environment that simulates the exacting operations of citrus processing plants and packing houses.
